Why is the "must be received by" date different than my payment due date?
The "must be received by" date only applies if you are paying off the full balance owed on your account - the "Payoff Amount". If you wish to pay the "Payoff Amount," we must receive your check or money order on or before the date shown. Your regular payment due date does not change.
