Website Registration

When I try to Add a Vehicle, I get an error message.

Please make sure you are entering the correct account number, which is found in your welcome letter (sent via USPS) and on mailed statements. Also, verify that you are entering the exact ZIP Code that is listed on your retail or lease contract. If either of these are incorrect, you will receive an error message and will not be able to add your vehicle to your website account. 
 
Note: If you have moved to a new address since you signed your contract, you must Add a Vehicle using the ZIP Code listed on your contract. After your vehicle has been added to your website account, you will be able to update any of your contact information, including your address.
