California Privacy Policy
World Omni Financial Corp. d/b/a Southeast Toyota (“SETF,” “we” or “us”) provides this California Privacy Policy to our customers who are California residents (“consumers or “you”) under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). The purpose of the California Privacy Policy is to provide consumers with a comprehensive description of our online and offline practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and sale of personal information and of the rights of consumers regarding their personal information. This California Privacy Policy supplements the information contained in our Online Privacy Policy.
NOTICE AT COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We currently collect the categories of personal information listed below under “Categories of Personal Information We Collect” and use it for the purposes listed below under “Business or Commercial Purposes for Collecting Personal Information.”

- Geolocation data, such as GeoIP information;
- Audio, electronic, or visual information, such as audio recordings of telephone calls; and
- Any other information, such as information you may enter into any online forms or provide to us.
CATEGORIES OF SOURCES FROM WHICH PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED
We collect personal information (1) directly from consumers when consumers apply to finance or lease a vehicle, make payments, or provide us with account and contact information, (2) through the automatic collection of certain data when consumers use our website, and (3) from third parties, including Toyota dealers and our service providers.
BUSINESS OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may collect the personal information about consumers for the following business or commercial purposes:
- For operational purposes, such as establishing, maintaining or servicing an account, including managing our relationship with a consumer, providing customer service, processing transactions, providing information about our products or services, communicating with a consumer, collections, providing access to our website, verifying customer information, processing payments, and providing financing or leasing;
- For marketing efforts;
- To audit interactions and transactions with consumers, detect security incidents, and debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
- To undertake internal research for development and improvement of our products and services, and to undertake activities to verify or maintain the quality of our products and services; and
- For other legitimate business or commercial purposes.

During the last 12 months, we may have disclosed for a business purpose the categories of personal information about consumers listed above under “Categories of Personal Information We Collect.”
We may have disclosed personal information to the following third parties:
- Our affiliated companies, in the JM Family Enterprises corporate group;
- Our third party service providers that provide business, professional, or technical support functions for us; and
- Any other third parties for which we have a legitimate business purpose to disclose personal information, which may include our select partners, non-affiliates, and joint marketing partners.
PERSONAL INFORMATION SOLD IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
We have not sold personal information to third parties in the last 12 months. We also have no actual knowledge of any sales involving the personal information of California consumers that are minors under 16 years of age.
RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OF THE SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Under the CCPA, you have a right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information by a business. However, we do not sell personal information to third parties.
RIGHT TO KNOW ABOUT OR DELETE PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED, DISCLOSED, OR SOLD
Under the CCPA, you have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell. You may request to know the following:
- The categories of personal information that we have collected about you.
- The categories of sources from which the personal information is collected.
- The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information.
- The categories of third parties with whom we share personal information.
- The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
You also have the right to request the deletion of your personal information that we have collected.
Please be aware that for the majority of requests submitted to us, the CCPA allows us to deny such requests based on various exceptions under the CCPA, including an exemption for personal information collected, processed, sold, or disclosed pursuant to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). We may not be able to honor each request that we receive, but if we are unable to do so, we will respond to let you know the reason.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING A REQUEST TO KNOW OR DELETE
You may submit a request under the CCPA through the following methods:

For requests submitted by mail, please indicate whether you are submitting a request to know or a request to delete and provide us with your name, account number or Social Security number, address, and telephone number.
PROCESS WE WILL USE TO VERIFY YOUR CCPA REQUEST
Once we receive your CCPA request, we are required to verify your identity. Our process to verify your identity requires you to provide us with identifying information. Please be prepared to provide us with your name, account number or Social Security number, address, and telephone number. We will attempt to match the personal information that you provide to us with personal information that we may already maintain about you in order to verify your identity to a reasonable degree of certainty. We may also need to contact you to verify your identity or to confirm your request.
RIGHT TO NON-DISCRIMINATION FOR THE EXERCISE OF PRIVACY RIGHTS
We will not discriminate against you if you choose to exercise any of your rights as described in this California Privacy Policy.
AUTHORIZED AGENTS
You may also designate an authorized agent to make CCPA requests on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent to submit a request to know or a request to delete, we may require you to: (1) provide the authorized agent with signed permission to do so; (2) verify your identity directly with us; and (3) directly confirm with us that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request. However, we will not require these actions if you have provided the authorized agent with power of attorney.
