You may be eligible for account benefits and protections based on our Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) policy.  Some states offer additional benefits and protections as well.

Who is covered 

Under our SCRA policy, active-duty servicemembers and their spouses may be eligible for certain benefits and protections related to their vehicle accounts with Southeast Toyota Finance.  State benefits and protections may also be available.

  • Protection from vehicle repossession
  • Interest rate reduction for retail installment contracts
  • Early lease termination
  • Waivers of certain account fees
