SMS Terms and Conditions

Program Description: SETF, or a third party acting on our behalf, may provide periodic account status messages via SMS to our customers who have outstanding retail installment sale contracts or lease accounts with SETF (the “Program”) at any telephone numbers associated with our customers’ accounts, including wireless telephone numbers, which could result in wireless carrier fees and/or charges. Messages are sent no more than ten times in any thirty day period. 

How to Opt-In: By opting-in to the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and SETF’s Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. 

Currently, there is one way to opt-in to the Program. When you sign your lease-term extension agreement, you agree to receive text messages about your lease extension. Additionally, upon receipt of the first text message, you will need to text "Ext" to 96360 to confirm recurring text messages about your lease-term extension. 

You are not required to opt-in to the Program in order to continue receiving SETF services.  

How to Opt-Out; Change of Telephone Number: You may text “STOP” to 96360 to opt-out. Once you opt-out, we will no longer send you text messages from 96360. We will send a one-time opt-out confirmation text message in response to your “STOP” text, after which you will receive no further text messages from 96360 until you opt-in again. You may also opt-out by texting "QUIT," "END," "CANCEL," or "UNSUBSCRIBE." 

If your telephone number changes at any time or you otherwise cease to be the customary user of the number, you agree to notify us of such change by updating your telephone number on our website or calling 1-888-688-1166 . 

Support/Help: In case of questions, you may send us a secure message on our website or call 1-888-688-1166 .  You may also text “HELP” to 96360 to receive a text message with our name and number to which you may direct questions. 

Supported Carriers: Supported carriers may change from time to time, but currently include AT&T, Sprint/Boost/Virgin, T-Mobile/MetrocPCS, and Verizon Wireless, among others. Not all carriers may support our text message program. Message and data rates may apply. SETF shall have no liability for any costs charged to you for Program messages by your wireless carrier.

Delivery: Methods of contact may include the use of an automatic telephone dialing system or device, or any other computer assisted technology as applicable. We do not guarantee that you will receive any text messages under the Program. Circumstances beyond our control, including network issues, may result in your not receiving our text message. Your carrier and SETF are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 

Anyone with access to your mobile device may be able to view the Program messages, and SETF is not liable to you if this occurs.

Eligibility: The Program is intended for use by U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We may revise, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.  Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. 

Program Termination: SETF reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of the Program, with or without notice.
