Checking your Account Status and Information
How are my payments applied to my account when they are received?
All payments we receive are posted as set forth in your retail installment sales contract.
Payments are applied in the following order:
- First towards accrued and unpaid interest
- Then to your principal balance
- Finally, to any unpaid late charges or other charges (i.e. such as returned check fees).
