Who may be eligible for military benefits and protections offered under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA)?
Southeast Toyota Finance appreciates the services of America's military personnel. SCRA benefits and protections are generally available to servicemembers in the military service, including the following:
- Active duty members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard
- Active services commissioned officers of the Public Health Service or the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
- Members or Reserves when on active duty
- Members of the National Guard called to federal service for more than 30 consecutive days
Additional benefits may also be provided under applicable state law. We also extend certain SCRA benefits and protections to spouses of active duty military personnel.
