Does Southeast Toyota Finance offer payment extensions?

Southeast Toyota Finance understands that sometimes our customers need extra time to make their monthly payment. That’s why we offer approved customers the opportunity to request a payment extension. 

Customers who already have a website account may log in to request a payment extension.  
If you do not yet have a website account, you may register in order to complete your payment extension request online. Please note that you will need an active email address and your SETF account number to complete your website registration. 
Please note the following about a payment extension: 

Under certain circumstances, we may allow you to defer your payment for one or two months. You would pay for the month(s) you deferred at the end of your contract, which will extend the term of your contract and your final payment date.  

If your request is approved and you accept, you may be required to make an online extension payment at the time of your request. All terms and conditions of your contract with us will remain in effect until your account has been paid in full. For your protection, we will confirm your identity as part of the payment extension process.
