Is my security deposit deducted from the payoff amount of my leased vehicle? If not, when will I receive it?
Payoffs are quoted without deducting your security deposit. If you want your security deposit applied towards your payoff, you will need to complete the Security Deposit Authorization section of the Security Deposit and Titling Form. Otherwise, your security deposit will be returned. Your security deposit will be returned to you after we have received your payoff check and processing has been completed, which could take up to 14 business days.
If a dealer is paying off your account as part of the purchase or lease of another vehicle, this process can vary.
