Will the Guaranteed Auto Protection claim cover the remaining balance due on my account under any circumstance?

No. Your Guaranteed Auto Protection contract may have deductions or exclusions for past due payments at the date of loss, payment extensions, insurance deductibles, and previously unrepaired damage that may result in an unpaid balance which will be the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your Guaranteed Asset Protection contract or product administrator for more details.
