Updating your Account Information

How do I change my name on my account?

Once you're logged in to, you can conveniently change the name on your account by selecting "Manage Name" from your profile's drop-down menu.

On that page, you can easily submit the required documentation via a secure message. Simply upload the two items listed:

1.  A signed, written statement from you requesting the name change on your account. Please include the complete spelling of the "new" name, along with your account number.
2.  One of the following documents to validate the name change:

  • certified copy of your marriage certificate; or
  • certified copy of your divorce decree; or
  • other certified legal document.

You'll receive an email once your request is submitted. For the current status of your request, visit your Secure Message page.

To request your name change by mail instead of online, please send the required documents to:
