Checking your Account Status and Information
I am experiencing problems logging out of SETF.com or using Secure Messaging on the website. What should I do?
Most likely this is a browser compatibility issue.
At this time, the previous version of Internet Explorer is not fully supported by our website. Please follow these steps to view our site in compatibility mode.
- Launch Internet Explorer and navigate to SETF.com
- Click on the Settings wheel in the top right-hand corner of the browser just below the red box with the white X in it.
- Select 'Compatibility View settings' from the menu.
- Click on the 'Add' button in the window that appears.
- Click on the 'Close' button in the window.
- Moving forward, you will now be able to log out of the website and/or submit a 'Contact Us' request.
