Checking your Account Status and Information

I am experiencing problems logging out of SETF.com or using Secure Messaging on the website. What should I do?

Most likely this is a browser compatibility issue.

At this time, the previous version of Internet Explorer is not fully supported by our website. Please follow these steps to view our site in compatibility mode.

  1. Launch Internet Explorer and navigate to SETF.com
  2. Click on the Settings wheel in the top right-hand corner of the browser just below the red box with the white X in it.
  3. Select 'Compatibility View settings' from the menu.
  4. Click on the 'Add' button in the window that appears.
  5. Click on the 'Close' button in the window.
  6. Moving forward, you will now be able to log out of the website and/or submit a 'Contact Us' request.
