What are the requirements for Username and Password?

Your Username must be at least 8 characters minimum, with a maximum of 50 characters. 

Password requirements are as follows: 

  • A minimum of 8 characters 
  • A maximum of 25 characters
  • Must contain:
    • alpha-numeric or approved special characters,
      for example: !"#$%&'()*+,-/:;<=>?@[\]ˆ{}
    • at least one number, one uppercase letter, and one lowercase letter
