Your local DMV can help you change the name on your title.

Contact your local Department of Motor Vehicles office or tag agency for the necessary paperwork to complete and send to our office. 

You must send us the paperwork, title fee and certified copy of your marriage license or divorce decree. 

Upon receipt of all required documents, we will send the original title to the state to process the name change.

For Retail accounts, we permit the removal of vehicles outside of the continental United States only to Hawaii, Alaska or any other territory of the United States, as provided in our retail installment contracts.  U.S. territories include Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands and American Samoa.
 
For Lease accounts, we do not permit the removal of vehicles outside of the continental United States, except to Canada and then only for a period of thirty (30) days of less, as provided in our lease agreements.

That's not a problem. You can get paper invoices again.

You can cancel your paperless invoice or statement preference at any time by following these simple steps:
 
1.       Log in.
2.       Go to "My Account."
3.       Click on "My Profile."
4.       Choose "Paperless Options."
5.       Check the box for "Email Notifications."
6.       Mark the "Off" button next to the account(s) you would like to update.

I mailed my payment close to my due date. Is there a grace period?

Our contracts do not provide for a late charge until a specified number of days after the due date. The payment must be posted to the account within that period to avoid a late charge. Please review your contract to verify the number of days before a late charge is assessed.

There are two ways to save your payment method to your digital wallet.

Property Tax

I am being billed for property tax in a county in which I do not live. How can this be corrected?

Don't worry. We can fix it.

Property Tax

What should I do with my license plate if I am in a property tax state and moving to another state, or turning in the vehicle?

You will have to return your plate to DMV.

Please return the license plate to your local Department of Motor Vehicles office or tag agency as soon as possible. This will serve as notification to the state that you have returned your vehicle or are moving to another state. Please retain your receipt.

If I have paid my account in full, when will I receive a refund for any estimated property tax?

As soon as we can confirm that all property taxes have been paid, any excess estimated property tax that you may have paid will be refunded to you. 

Because of the delay in receiving property tax statements from various taxing authorities, confirmation of payment may take several weeks or months.

I am in the military. Am I exempt from paying taxes on my leased vehicle?

Sorry, no.

You are still obligated to pay taxes under the terms of your lease agreement.

Why do I have to pay sales tax on my property tax?

It depends on your state.

Many states require the collection of sales tax on property tax when the property tax is paid by us as the Lessor (us) and billed to you, the Lessee. Check your state laws about property taxes on leased vehicles.

I have not received my registration or decal. What should I do?

Contact your DMV.

Most states send these documents directly to your address. Please contact your Department of Motor Vehicles office or local tag agency to verify their policy.

How can I reduce my finance charges and pay off my vehicle sooner?

Pay early and pay more than the minimum payment.

If you make all your monthly payments before your scheduled due date, you will pay a lesser amount in interest over the term of your contract than what is disclosed in your contract. By making all your payments before they are due, you will save on the amount of interest charged on the payments. Additionally, any amount you pay over your scheduled payment amount and by your due date will reduce your principal balance on which the daily interest is charged.

How long will it take to receive my title after my account is paid off?

Once we receive all the paperwork, it should be in about 15 days.

All required documentation must be received with your payoff check to avoid delays. Generally, titles on vehicles with payoffs made by certified check, cashier's check, official bank check, or from dealers are mailed within a few days after receipt. If your payoff was remitted by personal check, your title will be mailed approximately 14 business days after the account closes to allow time for the funds to clear the bank. This may vary in some states.

If you live in a state that issues electronic titles (AZ, FL, GA, NE, PA or SC), or if you live in a state where you hold the title, you will not receive a paper title. Instead, you will receive either a Release of Lien or a letter stating the lien has been paid in full. Please contact the Department of Motor Vehicles in your state for answers to any title questions you may have.

Security Deposits are typically mailed to you.

Who is eligible to receive the College Graduate Rebate?

Recent college grads can qualify for rebates and special financing packages.

Graduates from an accredited four-year college or university within the next six months are eligible for the College Graduate Rebate program. You are also eligible if you graduate from an accredited two-year college or registered nursing degree (diploma) program or are enrolled in an accredited graduate degree program.

Graduates from the two-year Toyota Technical Education Network (T-TEN) Program, which is equivalent to a two-year junior college degree (accredited by the NATEF, National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation) are eligible along with graduates from any other two-year post secondary automotive program accredited by the NATEF.

You are also eligible if you have completed an electrician apprenticeship/certification program through the NJATC (National Joint Apprentice and Training Committee) and the IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers).

If you leased your vehicle, VT Inc. as Trustee World Omni LT is the owner of your leased vehicle, and is listed as the Loss Payee on your policy. This is to ensure the proceeds from insurance settlements are used to repair damages to the vehicle.

The "Additional Insured" clause affords the leasing company protection under the liability section of the insurance policy.
